Leadership development programme for arts and culture leaders in the Nordic and Baltic countries
Changes in the operating environment of the cultural sector demand a new approach to leadership and management to achieve positive results. Cultural leaders require the right knowledge and confidence to support strategic decision-making and to develop operational practices.
Growing into and succeeding in a demanding leadership role requires skills and expertise that enable influence beyond one’s own organisation and across the sector. This era of increasing uncertainty and change necessitates new business skills and a shift in leadership thinking.
Business of Culture is a leadership programme for arts and culture leaders in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The programme is designed to enrich and develop participants’ understanding of how effective leadership, business competence, networking, and collaboration can transform their organisations. It provides leaders and decision-makers with strategies and tools for the effective development of their organisations.
