The first artwork shown in the media art space Huone was the film Parametronomicon, created by Pink Twins in 2014. Parametronomicon is an abstract computer animation with subject matters that simultaneously appear organic and mechanical. The combinations and layers of changing elements create the tension of a controlled chaos. The purpose of Parametronomicon is to create comprehensive sensations that challenge the human senses and ways we experience space.
Pink Twins is an artist duo of two brothers, Juha (b. 1978) and Vesa Vehviläinen (b. 1974), whose works discuss the limits of human perception.
